The AOG Infrared Backburner System is constructed of INCONEL™ stainless steel, making it more durable, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, easy to use, and easy to clean.
BURNER DESIGN
AOG burners are made of 18-SR Stainless Steel (an alloy containing titanium and chromium). This combination offers greater strength and resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. The added structural integrity ensures that high temperatures are no threat to burner life or performance. These 16,000 BTU burners can withstand corrosive conditions, such as those near seawater, and are guaranteed to last at least 15 years.
VAPORIZER PANELS
These uniquely designed stainless steel panels vaporize drippings from the food being cooked, adding a delicious barbecue flavor and aroma. They feature oblong openings in a diagonal pattern for optimal heat output and even heat distribution across the grilling surface while reducing flare-ups and grease fires. They are also designed to accommodate wood chips or charcoal easily.
