AOG T-Series 30-Inch 3-Burner Built-In Natural Gas Grill With Rotisserie - 30NBT
All AOG grills are proudly manufactured in the United States. The 30" model boasts exclusive features, including a 30 x 18 primary cooking surface offering 540 square inches for cooking large amounts of food at once. With a powerful 40,000 BTU's of cooking power and a 10,000 BTU backburner, this unit is ideal for built-in applications in outdoor kitchens. AOG grills are high BTU appliances designed for use in non-combustible cabinets. For combustible material cabinets, an optional insulating liner must be ordered, as the cutout dimensions for the 30" model are 30 7/8"W, 19 1/2" D, and 8 1/2"H.
The AOG Infrared Backburner System, constructed of INCONEL™ stainless steel, enhances durability and heat resistance, making it corrosion-resistant, easy to use, and easy to clean. AOG burners are made of 18-SR Stainless Steel, an alloy with titanium and chromium, providing greater strength and resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. These burners, with 16,000 BTUs, are built to withstand corrosive conditions and are guaranteed to last at least 15 years.
Vaporizer panels, made of stainless steel, vaporize food drippings, adding barbecue flavor and aroma while reducing flare-ups and grease fires. They are designed with oblong openings forming a diagonal pattern for optimum heat output and even heat distribution. The compact drip tray is easily removable, minimizing grease spills. The custom-designed analog heat indicator/thermometer aids in precision control of grilling temperature.
Solid brass valves offer precise temperature control from 200F to over 825F at the grilling surface and allow for easy field conversion between natural gas and propane gas. The grill's exterior is made of 304 stainless steel, and its compact design accommodates wood chips or charcoal easily.
