The 36" model boasts exclusive features, such as a primary cooking surface of 36 x 18 inches, providing 648 square inches for ample cooking space. This model also delivers a powerful 48,000 BTUs of cooking power, along with a 12,000 BTU rotisserie backburner.

ROTISSERIE INFRARED BACKBURNER: The AOG Infrared Backburner System, made of INCONEL™ stainless steel, offers durability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, ease of use, and easy cleaning.

BURNER DESIGN: AOG burners, constructed from 18-SR Stainless Steel (an alloy with titanium and chromium), offer enhanced strength and resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. These 16,000 BTU burners withstand corrosive conditions, such as those near seawater, and are guaranteed to last at least 15 years.

VAPORIZER PANELS: These uniquely designed stainless steel panels vaporize drippings from the food, adding a rich barbecue flavor and aroma.
