ROTISSERIE INFRARED BACKBURNER: The AOG Infrared Backburner System, made of INCONEL™ stainless steel, offers durability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, ease of use, and easy cleaning.
BURNER DESIGN: AOG burners, constructed from 18-SR Stainless Steel (an alloy with titanium and chromium), offer enhanced strength and resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. These 16,000 BTU burners withstand corrosive conditions, such as those near seawater, and are guaranteed to last at least 15 years.
VAPORIZER PANELS: These uniquely designed stainless steel panels vaporize drippings from the food, adding a rich barbecue flavor and aroma. The panels feature oblong openings in a diagonal pattern, ensuring optimal heat output and even distribution while reducing flare-ups and grease fires. They can also accommodate wood chips or charcoal.
COMPACT DRIP TRAY: This easily removable tray minimizes grease spills with its compact size.
CUSTOM DESIGNED ANALOG HEAT INDICATOR/THERMOMETER: Allows for precise control of grilling temperature.
SOLID BRASS VALVES: High-quality commercial-grade solid brass valves offer precise temperature control from 200°F to over 825°F. These valves allow for easy field conversion between natural gas and propane.
